So why cars? I paint the ones I'd love to have, but can't fit in my garage. Actually, that's just a small part of it.

People bond with their vehicles much like they would their pets. We give them names, proudly display them to the public, treat them to accessories, and feel bad when someone hurts them. Vehicles somewhat define who we are, and evoke a range of emotions in us all.
